linux - docker-engine runlevel:/var/run/utmp: No such file or directory -
i trying install docker on virtual instance of ubuntu 14.04 service provider may have modified of default underlying init system or filesystem.
when trying apt-get install of latest docker-engine, these errors below. ideas try?

the cgroup (control groups) intrinsic part of how containers managed on linux system, it's seems don't have permission there. either don't have root, or they've been locked down somehow.
