Odoo / OpenERP 9 emails invoices without body -


as title says, when email invoice out via odoo sends attachment , default email footer odoo stamps on things body empty.

this working on 3 other instances of odoo not one, other emails work fine such password resets. have tried multiple email templates , manually typed in want email send through either html or email writer bit.

going through settings tab , emails section, can chose email view , in there blank. there no errors can see in odoo-server.log when debugging enabled through mail settings. interestingly though, sent email still commented on invoice.

any appreciated!

the environment debian 8.2 , odoo version 8/11/2016 nightly build
